RAG Raids

Nearly every weekend we visit a different city shaking buckets in the street for charity, it is the most cost effective way for us to fundraise and it gives you a great opportunity to get out of Manchester and see a new city for free.We will cover the cost of transport and accommodation if necessary

Edinburgh – Hogmanay Collection! 28th December – 2nd January

This is undoubtedly the most popular collection of the year so make sure you sign up early! This raid sees us travel up to Edinburgh, collect for Kidscan and finish just in time for one of the most famous New Years Eve parties of the year, Hogmanay!

We’ll be leaving Manchester on the 28th December and returning on the 2nd January. All travel and accommodation will be provided!

  • Manchester RAG is part of the University of Manchester Students Union, we are responsible for facilitating all charity fundraising by students at universities and colleges Manchester.

    In 2010/11 we helped Manchester students raise £330,000 for charity, and in 2011/12 our target is £500,000.
