London 2 Paris Cycle

The London to Paris Bike ride is a 200 mile  adventure on two wheels that will challenge you and provide an unforgettable experience. Your ride begins in historic London and will roll through the English countryside and onto rural France before your epic journey rolls into Paris, the most romantic city in the world and finishes under the iconic Eiffel Tower.

The Ride

Day 1

The first stage of the London to Paris cycling challenge will see you make your way out of the capital before reaching the countryside and passing through beautiful English villages. Lunch is waiting for you at the top of Turner’s Hill and after lunch it’s a glorious rolling down hill into the port town of Newhaven in time to catch the ferry to France.

Day 2

You will awaken in a nice campsite in Dieppe, from here  you’ll roll through the stunning French countryside, small villages with stunning buildings and churches make a great sight as you pass by. Day 2 is a more relaxed day on the adventure and a good opportunity to get to know your fellow riders.

Day 3

The final day’s ride of the London to Paris bike ride is arguably the toughest day. From Gournay to Paris is also the longest day’s cycle as well. As a result of distance and hills that need to be conquered before you can roll onto the Eiffel Tower it will be a very early start to give riders all the time they need.
After three days of challenging riding the reward is the opportunity to circumnavigate the Arc de Triumphe before rolling down the famous Champs Elysees and into the surround gardens of the Eiffel Tower! The spectacular city of Paris is an unforgettable vision to complete the adventure of the London to Paris bike ride before a night out on the town with your fellow riders.

Costs

In order to take part in this fantastic summer adventure you will be required to pay a registration fee of £125. You will also be given a minimum fundraising target of £750.

There are three available charity partners who you can fundraise for; Practical Action, Hope for Children, and Breast Cancer Campaign.
